All caregivers that are interested in coaching and counselling must book a discovery meeting to begin.

Based on per session rate. First program is a minimum of 6 sessions.

While we do not offer direct billing at this time, your insurance plan may provide coverage for our services through reimbursement. We encourage you to check with your insurance provider about your specific coverage and reimbursement options. We're happy to provide any documentation you need to submit claims to your insurance company.
